What you need to do is start taking notice of these areas and start giving them just as much attention as you give your face. These areas are essentially just extensions of your face and you should use the same skin care methods and products on them.

Whichever your skin product of choice is, be sure to apply it regularly to your neck, chest and hands as well. So when you use a sunscreen with a high SPF and antioxidants during the day, be sure to apply it all over. And when you use a retinol based lotion at night, spread it across your upper body and on your hands.

An Important Thing to Remember

One thing to remember is that the skin on your chest and neck is much thinner, so when you are using a powerful product be sure to only use it once every two days, while you can use these lotions and creams daily on the thicker skin on your face.

To best protect your hands it is recommended that you use a sunscreen or moisturizer that contains a broad-spectrum of ingredients to protect you from all the effects of the outdoors.

Love your face and treat it well, but do not neglect the other important parts of your body.
